Implementation tools and support - eZiType™ and eZiText™ contain MMI customization capabilities that allow a manufacturer to easily implement a tailored user interface quickly to address the market requirements and technical specifications of a particular device model. This encompasses basic, high volume handsets to feature rich smart phones. Zi software and language support includes MMI tools, implementation documentation, language implementation packages and access to the Zi worldwide technical support team.

Integration among leading technology providers - Zi has partnered closely with operating system providers to develop input method editors (or front end processors) that decrease integration effort.
